| Abstract |
We will test the hypothesis that alterations in circulating extracellular vesicle microRNAs can predict Type 1 Diabetes onset by testing serial serum samples from pre-diabetic NOD mice. Results will be validated in serum from human subjects with new onset diabetes. |
